The state of our local roads is something that I know concerns and worries many of you. That is why I met with the leader of Staffordshire County Council and raised the issue of potholes in Tamworth and specifically the trench pothole around the roundabout at the end of Malborough Way and the A5 junction which causes people to swerve into other lanes and poses a large risk to motorcycles and bicycles. I will be keeping up the pressure on the County Council to ensure our area get’s our fair share of investment into our roads.
